Lee was born June 11, 1939, in Sidney, Nebraska to Edward and Sophie Ogden. He grew up in and graduated from Sidney. He served a short term in the military. Lee was united in marriage to Mary Kay Faith on April 4, 1965, at Peetz, Colorado. They lived in Sidney before moving to Grand Island for Lee's job. In 1983 they moved to North Platte and in 1989 they moved to Scottsbluff. They had 49 wonderful years of marriage. He later moved to Cheyenne and wintered in Arizona.

Lee was employed by Swift Company in Grand Island, Burlington Northern, and then the Federal Aviation Administration. Lee and Mary had the opportunity to travel often with his job. They enjoyed touring the United States and sailed several cruises together. Lee enjoyed spending time with his family and friends and loved his pets. He loved traveling, his corvettes, raising flowers, and his winter home in Arizona. He will be missed but we are thankful for all the wonderful memories we have with him.

Lee is survived by his son and daughter- in- law Travis & ReNae of North Platte and their children Tyler & Zoey of Yelm, WA; Colton & Samantha of North Platte; Drew and girlfriend Eryka of North Platte; great grandson William of Yelm, WA; sister Rose Mary Lloyd of Phoenix, AZ; special friend Brenda Schulz of Cheyenne; nieces, nephews, cousins and numerous other friends and family.

I have.
So many fond memories of uncle lee. Going fishing with him as a young boy. Driving his gocart Going Out to point of rocks, West of Sydney. Working with him at swift premium in grand island Nebraska.
