Mike, you taught me how to work hard, take a joke, and not take life too seriously. I wish we stayed closer through the years, but I always looked forward to your witty life posts, and seeing the silly banter and love between you and Laura on Facebook. I´ll miss you.

Rest in peace, Mike. You were always so kind and helpful with all my pool troubles. My heartfelt condolences - keeping everyone in my thoughts & prayers during this difficult time.

I wish I had known Mike longer than just a few short years. It was easy to see how much he loved Lolo. He fought so hard with his battle over the last couple years- and he did it with jokes, smiles and a positive outlook.

I didn't know Mike well, but on some very bad days I would see his posts and have a little smile or chuckle. Above all, I know he adored Laura and his daughter. I know he'll be deeply missed...but I also know when times are hard, they can look back and have a little smile or a little chuckle. Sending hugs and love to everyone who loves him.

Mike I´ve known you since you were about 8 yrs old. Although me living on the west coast I hadn´t seen you in probably 30yrs and it was your original diagnosis that reconnected us, I´m glad we reconnected and had some good conversations. Forever family. Rest in peace. Say hi to mom and dad for me.

You´ll always ride shotgun with me. I´m glad we were able to share many conversations and I could be your medical uber. Love your big sister

I can´t believe you´re gone. You fought so hard. I´m so glad that Lolo and I became so close, which in turn made us become close. I will always remember your kindness, dark sense of humor, work ethic, love for your family and friends, your amazing cooking and baking, the joy in your eyes when you made a new delicious dish or received a new kitchen gadget, decorating for Weenie, and most of all, your unending, limitless, steadfast adoration for the love of your life-your Lolo. Until the very end, your face lit up each and every time you saw her.

Please know that your Lolo is strong and she will be fine. She has a bunch of people in her circle who will make sure she is.

You were there for them whenever they needed & gave to them your never ending love & kindness..

Thanks for helping me as well & accepting me into your life & home - even though I wasn't deserving of it.

I am so glad that I got to take care of you even tho I did not even scratch the surface of what you did for me over the years. I don't know how to do this without you.. Mike I miss you so much already. I know you are at peace now, and most likely mad that we are sad! (insert some wise guy joke youd make here) I love how you loved Lolo, How she loved you. How you took care of her, and how she took care of you. I love all the talks and jokes we shared. You actually got me to watch cooking shows!!!! Id send you a HUG but that would just get you mad...lol...I will say (and to bad) I Love You Mike...................Nite Mike!!

Rest in paradise, Mike. I´ll make sure to tuck in your precious Laura every night. Sure wish we could have met in person. One day we´ll do just that. Fly high, sir. You´ll be missed.

I will be forever grateful to Mike for his unwavering love of my best friend. His sense of humor and easy going nature was a perfect fit. May he rest in peace and meet Lolo's Mom....better be on your A game! My heart goes out to his family and friends. Fly high Mike!
