Richard Ray Koepp, born on March 28, 1965 in Riverside, California, passed away on September 24, 2024. During his childhood, his family lived for a time in Oklahoma, before returning to California, where he attended Arlington High School. In 2022, he and his family settled in San Jacinto, California where he would spend the last years of his life full of love and cherished memories. Richard was a man who brought joy, laughter, and warmth to everyone fortunate enough to know him. His humor and generous spirit made him a beloved presence in the lives of his family, friends, and colleagues.

Richard spent over 20 years working at the Soboba Health Clinic, where he retired in 2019, leaving behind a legacy of dedication, care, and hard work. He touched the lives of countless individuals throughout his professional career.

Richard was a proud and devoted family man. He cherished his role as father to his daughters Ariel, Abigail, and Amanda, and took great pride in being "Papa" to his grandchildren, Jameson, Johnny, and Maeve. His love for his wife, Edwina, whom he was married to for 36 years, was constant and unwavering, and his family was always the light of his life. Richard would go to great lengths to see his loved ones happy, always seeking to bring a smile to their faces. He was someone you could always count on for strength and support. He believed deeply in those he loved and took great joy in watching them thrive.
