Tracy Lewis Obituary

LIMA -- Tracy E. (Burkhart) Lewis, age 56, of Lima passed away Thursday, July 10, 2025 at St. Ritas. She was born to David Brent Burkhart and Shirley Elaine (Deppler) Burkhart Spencer. Her father David Brent (Nancy Wilcox) Burkhart survives in Alger and mother Shirley (Dennis) Spencer survives in Lima.

Tracy graduated from Shawnee High School in 1987 and then graduated from Dayton Academy of Dog Grooming. She was the owner of Paws-a-tively Purrfect for 25 years and an avid Furr Mama.

Additional survivors include significant other Jon Fleming of Lima, sister Toni (Jerry) Irvin of Marion and 2 nieces.

She was preceded in death by grandparents Roland (Freida) Burkhart and Weldon (Madelene) Deppler and her former husband Donovan Lewis.

A gathering will be held Saturday, July 26 from 10 to 11:30 a.m., at Bayliff & Son Funeral Home, Cridersville.

A Celebration of Life will be held from noon to 6 at the Neon Moon Saloon (corner of Jackson and Findlay Roads) with live music.

Online condolences may be shared at BayliffAndSon.com and memorial contributions may be given to Deb's Dogs 1560 Wonderlick Road Lima, OH 45805.

To Jon and Tracy's family. I am so sorry for your loss. Tracy was such a good person and loved my dog Tate. She was the only groomer Tate ever had for over 17 years. She will be so missed.
