We were very close friends of Rodney in Statesville NC. He spent a few Thanksgiving and Christmas Days with us. Troy and Rodney could talk for hours and hours!! He was one of a kind.. Always making us laugh... Loved his stories, especially the one about his Dad and car and a watermelon... Rodney was One of A kind, And will be Greatly Missed.... Good Bye Dear Friend....

We rode the same school bus in high school . So we had grown up together . He was a very nice guy , we talked a lot and had some nice memories we talked about ! I´ll miss him

Rodney was my neighbor and a dear friend. We spent hours talking about every subject under the sun. I know we will talk again someday. I miss him. My thoughts and prayers go out to all the family....

When Rodney lived in NC, we were neighbors & became friends. When he moved back to WV, I helped him pack up his things & helped to get his vehicles to WV. I am so glad I did. We stayed in touch for a while after that. Rodney & I had some fun times that I will always remember. He is surely missed. Rodney knocked on death's door once before. This time God let him in!
