Lorraine S. Foye

August 12, 1937 - June 15, 2025

MOUNT HOREB - Lorraine S. Foye, age 87, of Mount Horeb, passed away on Sunday, June 15, 2025, at Ingleside Manor. She was born on August 12, 1937, in Madison, the daughter of Edward and Ruth Arneson.

Lorraine graduated from Stoughton High School. She was united in marriage to Arthur Foye in Cross Plains. She worked as a Licensed Practical Nurse for the State of Wisconsin and retired to start a family.

Lorraine loved her family very much and always supported them. She enjoyed listening to country music, visiting downtown Madison with her girls, shopping and having fun. Lorraine's favorite color was purple and she loved the smell of lilacs. Every Mother's Day she would receive a bouquet of lilacs from her loving girls.

Lorraine is survived by her daughter, Valerie Fantegrossi. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Arthur; daughter, Lauralee Welchert; and grandson, Joshua Foye.

Lorraine will be laid to rest at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Cemetery next to her husband, Arthur.
