Linda Mooney Womble Obituary

Linda Faye Mooney Womble, age 87, of Prattsville, AR, passed away on Monday, June 23, 2025. She was born on February 18, 1938 in Prattsville, AR, the daughter of Clifton and Ila Stuckey Mooney. Linda worked as a sales clerk for West Department Store for many years. She was a member of Sweet Home Missionary Baptist Church and enjoyed taking care of her kids and grandkids. 
Linda is preceded in death by her parents; step-dad, Halton Jordan; daughter, Denise Vann; brothers, Jaydean Mooney and Bobby Joe Mooney; and grandsons, Jon Vann and Cody Vann. 
Left to cherish her memory, loving husband of 69 years, Eugene Womble of Prattsville; daughter, Debbie Phillips (Tim) of Prattsville; brothers, Darrell Jordan (Lou) and Terry Jordan (Cindy) both of Prattsville; sister, Wanda Steed (Mel) of Hot Springs; grandchildren, Jennifer Phillips (Chris), Tracy Dyer (James), and AJ Phillips (Miranda); great-grandchildren, Justin, JayneAnn, Chrissy, Jon, and Kaylee; and numerous nieces and nephews. 
Memorial Services will be held Saturday June 28, at 10AM at the Sweet Home Missionary Baptist Church, with Bro. Neal Hollinger and Bro. Don Goodman officiating.
