TOLLESBORO — Patty Vice Gilvin, age 73, of Lexington, Kentucky, passed away Thursday, May 27, 2025, at Lexington Country Place in Lexington, Kentucky.
She was born Jan. 15, 1952, in Mason County, a daughter of the late Jack and Barbara Zeigler Vice.
Patty loved going to church and was a member of CrossPoint Church in Tollesboro. She enjoyed watching UK Basketball, Cincinnati Bengals, working at the book store and going out to eat.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Robert "Bob" Gilvin and one sister, Debra Ann Vice Dunbar.
She is survived by one nephew, Rob Dunbar; Rob's children, Trey, Logan, Jacob and Gracie, along with many other family and friends who will sadly miss her.
Graveside services will be held 1 p.m., Sunday, June 1, 2025, at Hillcrest Garden of Memories with Brother Dan Frederick officiating.
