Arvella Franzel Obituary
Arvella Franzel, age 92 of Bad Axe, passed away on Tuesday, July 1, 2025 at her home surrounded by her loving family.
She was born on June 15, 1933 , daughter of the late John and Amelia (Itchue) Miller.
Arvella worked until she was 85.. During her life, she worked as a babysitter, cleaned several places, and provided home healthcare.
She is survived by her daughter, Kathy Carriveau, sons, Gary and Randy Franzel, honorary grandson, Matthew; special friends, Pam and Ben, who was her card partner; and many nieces and nephews.
Arvella was predeceased by her brothers and sisters-in-law, John and Eleanor, and Franklin and Eileen Miller; and special daughter, Debbie Rolston.
Special thanks to A&D Home and Hospice Care over the last five years. We are grateful to ALL of you.
Memorials may be offered to Sacred Heart Food Pantry or St. Jude’s.
Private services were held at the Kaufman Funeral Home in Bad Axe. Burial is in Colfax Cemetery.
