Dorothy Eman Obituary

Ishpeming, MI- Dorothy Ann (Dee) Eman, age 63, of Ishpeming, passed away surrounded by her family on Sunday, March 9, 2025, at UP Health System Marquette.
Dorothy was born on December 12,1961, in Marquette, to Ruben and Joyce (Bellmore) McEachern Sr.
Dorothy spent her life taking care of others. She was such a selfless, loving, thoughtful woman and she brought happiness and sunshine wherever she went. She certainly had a special way with people and was adored by many, especially her grandchildren. She lived for her family- her grandkids were her whole world.
Dorothy enjoyed attending her grandkids events; she was always their biggest fan. Aside from family, she loved horses. She grew up with them and had a horse Cali whom she deeply enjoyed spending time with.
She is survived by her husband William Eman Sr., whom she married on January 27, 2007, five children; Cory Eman, Bill Eman Jr., Rick (Shannon Hancock) Lawson Jr., Rachel (Ryan) Scott and Rebecca (Matthew) Frisk, 11 grandchildren; Keighan, Kade, and Karson Scott, Braelynn and Nevaeh Lawson, Henry, Alice, and Rory Hancock, Caleb, Julian, and Hudson Frisk, along with a brother, 3 sisters, and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, a sister, and a brother.
Honoring Dorothy's wishes, there will be no public service.
