Oakdale, California - In Loving Memory of Randall Tilford, 56, of Oakdale, California, passed away on June 17, 2025, in Modesto, CA. Born on November 14, 1968, in Del Rio, Texas.

A proud graduate of Purdue University, Randy earned his Bachelor of Science in 1990. He went on to build a successful career as an Environmental Health and Safety Manager, where he was known for his leadership, dedication, and unwavering commitment to keeping others safe.

During his college years, Randy was a member of Phi Kappa Theta fraternity, where he built lifelong friendships. In Oakdale, he was a member of the Oakdale Sportsman Club, where he enjoyed target shooting. Randy was a devoted family man, known for his deep love and loyalty.

He is survived by his loving wife, Wendy, who was the center of his world. He is also survived by his children, Ashley, Bryce (wife Jenn), and Ryan (wife Adora); and his cherished grandchildren, Elizabeth, Raven, James, Eden, and Paisley. He also leaves behind his mother, Janis Williams; his sister, Shannon Smith (husband Carlos) and nephew Sawyer of Summerville, SC; and his beloved dog, Ranger, who was his loyal companion.

He was preceded in death by his father, Philip Tilford, whose memory and example were a steady influence in Randy's life.

Randy will be remembered for his quiet humor, steady presence, and unwavering love for his family. His integrity, warmth, and devotion left a lasting impact on all who knew him.

A memorial service will be held on Thursday, July 3, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. at Lakewood Memorial Park, 900 Santa Fe Avenue, Hughson, CA. Burial will follow at the same location.
