Randall Davis Obituary

Conway, SC Mr. Randall Earl Davis, age 77, widower of the late Lynda L. Davis, passed away Friday, July 4, 2025 at Conway Medical Center. Born January 5, 1948 in Conway, SC, Randall was the son of the late Samuel Earl Davis and the late Cecil Mae Lewis Davis. His loving and devoted wife preceded him in death in 2018 after celebrating a 50 year marriage. He and Lynda were long-time members of First Baptist Church Conway and were involved in many events and ministries over the years. Mr. Davis was proud of his hometown and served his community through the efforts of the Jaycees for many years. He appreciated the strength and majesty of horses but never owned one; he also enjoyed a good fishing trip. Randall had many interests over the years of his career, most notably as a Regional Manager of Finance with Bank of America, which was known as C&S Bank when he started. He was also instrumental in the development and building of the former Waccamaw Pottery outlet complex on Highway 501 and worked there for many years. After leaving there he was involved in the leasing and management of outlet malls and eventually worked on the Tanger Outlet properties. In addition to his wife and parents, Randall was also predeceased by his son, Kyle S. Davis in 2023. Survivors include his son, Kerry R. Davis and wife Lauren; his grandchildren, Margaret McKenzie Davis, Anna Elizabeth Davis, William Kerry Davis, Skylar Christina Davis, Kyle Randall Davis, and Benjamin Rivers Davis; his brother, Samuel Eugene Davis and wife Pamela; his sisters, Sara Sessions, Michelle Davis Reed and husband Mark, and Connie Davis Corkery and husband John; and many other family members and friends.
