Richard C. Kosobud, born May 30, 1941, in Clovis, New Mexico, passed away June 6, 2025. He was surrounded by family and is survived by his wife, Connie Kay Kosobud, son Robert Dean Kosobud and wife Maureen, son, Mark Douglas Kosobud, son, Greg Alan Kosobud and wife Angel, daughter, Kimberly Dawn Larson and husband Kenny, daughter, Carrie Lynn Richert and husband Tom, son, Richard Scott Kosobud and wife Kellie. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren.
Richard is a Veteran and served in the Air Force for 8 Years during the Vietnam War. He enjoyed motorcycle trips with family and friends, working on projects at home and was an avid musician, playing guitar with family and friends.
Private family gathering will be held at a different time and location.

He was more like my big brother. We spent lots of time riding local and out west not just our favorite place "Sturgis", but all over the west. There wasn't anything we wouldn't do for each other. May he rest in peace with no more pain!!

Aunt Connie & dear cousins,
I am so sorry to hear of your loss. May your memories of him live on through you and give you strength and peace in your hearts. I fondly remember the times when we all got together at Grandpa and Grandma Finn's house and when we enjoyed the visits and gathered around the table for meals at your home in Sheridan. Those are memories to treasure.

I have good memories of my childhood visiting all my cousins, Aunt Connie and Uncle Dick!
I´ll never forget the good time we had! Wish we could bottle them up forever, but the circle of life moves on.

We were so sorry to hear of Dick's passing but there are worse things in life than death. At least, now his soul is at rest.
We enjoyed motorcycle rides with Dick and Connie. May God bless them both.
