Fife Lake - Alice Gray Walls, of Fife Lake passed away on Monday, July 14, 2025 at Munson Healthcare's Cadillac Hospital. She was 78.
Alice was born on January 6, 1947, in Fayetteville, North Carolina to Dewey and Bertha Lee Caulder. On October 10, 1964 Alice was married to Richard Jackson Walls, in Dillon, SC. Together the couple raised three children and lived in Roseville and St. Clair Shores before eventually retiring to Fife Lake in 1990.
Alice loved to read and would read just about anything she could get her hands on, but did prefer a good romance, western, or true crime novel. She definitely had a green thumb to say the least and often tended to her flowers and plants inside and out around the house as well. She will be deeply missed.
Alice is survived by her three children; her daughter, Melissa (Andrew) Bednarick and two sons, Gary (Amy) Walls and Christopher Walls; four grandchildren, Adam, Allyson, Jonathan (Rachel), and Tiffany; great-grandchildren, Isaac, Kairi, Ryan, Lexi and Roger; three sisters, Louise, Mary, and Wilma; as well as many other loving family members and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents and several siblings.
Per her wishes cremation will take place and no services will be held at this time. Memorial contributions may be directed to the charity of one's choice.
Condolences and memories may be shared with the family online at www.Hall-Holdship.com
