Alicia May Ladouceur (Powell) ObituaryEAST PALESTINE – Alicia May Ladouceur, 65, of East Liverpool, passed away on Wednesday, July 2, 2025, at Christian House in East Palestine with her daughter by her side.
Alicia was born in East Liverpool, Ohio on December 15, 1959. She was a member of Holy Trinity Parish at St. Aloysius. Alicia enjoyed riding motorcycles with her husband. She enjoyed shopping. Alicia was a loving mother and grandmother and enjoyed spending time with her family. Her grandchildren filled a void in her life and was truly the light of her life.
Preceding Alicia in death were her husband and soul mate of 33 years, whom she married December 19, 1980, Kenneth F. Ladouceur; father Joseph R. Powell and mother Alice (Hartshorn) Chichester.
Left to cherish her memory are her daughter Rachael Midcap and her husband Ryan; four grandchildren Connor, Asher, Kenna and Finn Midcap; three sisters Mary Jo Kosek and her husband Kevin, Amy Powell and her husband Mike and Patricia Noel and many nieces and nephews.
Friends may visit Monday at the Dawson Funeral Home where the family will be present from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Evangelist Will Montgomery will conduct a funeral service 10 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. Burial at Columbiana County Memorial Park.
The family would like to extend a special thank you to Patriot Hospice, Christian House and her loving sister Mary Jo for the exceptional care they provided to Alicia.
