Ann loved the lord and attended the First Presbyterian Church on Stewart Street in Welch where she sung in the choir. Ann worked several jobs, Dairy Queen, she worked and volunteered at Stevens Clinic Hospital, she spent 17 years working as a CNA at the Gary Nursing Home. She was always helping others.
Ann was preceded in death by her parents.
Ann is survived by her husband Leonard "Frank" Cooley of the home; Sons, Leonard Edward Cooley and wife Olivia and James David Cooley all of Welch, WV; Granddaughter, Samantha Marie Cooley of Michigan; Sisters, Peggy Harrison of Lerona, WV and Jane Reid of Princeton, WV; and Brother, Harley Davidson of Richmond, VA.
Friends may visit with the family at the Anderson Memorial Presbyterian Church on Stewart Street in Welch, WV, Monday, June 30, 2025, from 10 o'clock until the time of services at 11 o'clock.
Funeral services will be conducted Monday, June 30, 2025, at 11 o'clock with Reverend Chuck Hammond officiating at Anderson Memorial Presbyterian Church on Stewart Street in Welch, WV. Burial will follow in the Woodlawn Memorial Park in Bluewell, WV. Serving as pallbearers will be family and friends.
Fanning Funeral Home in Iaeger is assisting the family.

Angela was a good friend while we were in school at Welch High. She was so sweet and had a great smile. Fond memories.
