Anita Diane Ferlito (née Grazian)
August 5, 1930 – July 1, 2025
Anita Diane Ferlito, née Grazian, 94, passed away peacefully on July 1, 2025, surrounded by her loving family.
Anita shared 60 long, wonderful years married to the late Morris "Chick" Ferlito. They built a beautiful family together, raising three children – Joanne, John (Debbie), and Patti (Mike) Williams – and six grandchildren – Johnny (Christina), Danielle, Nicole, Anthony, Michela (Nick) Rangel, and Mia (Mark) Blatchford – all of whom they loved beyond measure. She was also the proud great-grandmother of Lorenzo and Francesca, who brought her even more happiness in her later years.
Anita was the dear sister of her four siblings: the late Albert "Pic" (late Barb), the late Elaine "Lana" (late Joe) Gianforte, the late Ron (Joan), and is survived by her sister Irene (late Joe) Camasta.
Proudly born and raised in the city of Chicago, Anita was a lifelong fan of her Bears and Cubbies, watching every game she could. But more than anything, her greatest joy was her family. Anyone who knew her knew how much she enjoyed sharing a meal with family and friends, being a little too honest, laughing hard, and loving harder.
