Ann M. Rosenbrock
Midland, Michigan
Ann Marie (Fisher) Rosenbrock, affectionately known as Toby, passed away peacefully on June 19, 2025, at the home of Karen and Norm Rosenbrock in Midland, Michigan. Born on November 24, 1969, in Midland, she was the cherished daughter of the late Elzie "Pete" and Linda (Westendorf) Fisher. Toby's vibrant spirit and generous heart touched all who knew her, and she will be deeply missed.
Ann (Toby) life was one of dedication and love. She graduated from Dow High School in Midland, where she formed many lifelong friendships. Her passion for helping others led her to a fulfilling career as a Certified Nursing Assistant, working alongside her sister-in-law, Kimberly Studer, at K&K Quality Care. Toby's caring nature made her a favorite among those she served, and her work was a testament to her compassionate spirit.
On August 9, 2008, Ann (Toby) married the love of her life, Kurt A. Rosenbrock, and together they built a beautiful life in the country near Midland. Their home was a haven of joy and laughter, where they raised Toby's son, Shane M. Fisher. Ann (Toby) role as a grandmother to Haley and Lukis Fisher was one she embraced with all her heart, and the memories they created will be cherished forever.
Toby's love extended to her siblings, Wendy (Dale) Vanderbush, Peter "Charlie" (Kim) Fisher, and Melinda G. Fisher, who will remember her as a loving and spirited sister. Her bond with her brothers and sisters-in-law, Greg (Sue) Rosenbrock, Mark Rosenbrock, and Norman (Heather) Rosenbrock, was equally strong, and she was a beloved aunt to many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her brother Ralph Fisher and a sister in law Kimberly Studer.
Growing up in Mills Township, Ann's passion for horses was evident. She spent countless hours caring for and riding horses, which brought her immense joy and peace. Her love for animals was just one aspect of her generous nature, and she often went out of her way to care for the creatures around her.
Ann (Toby)'s legacy is one of love, spirit, and generosity. She had a remarkable ability to light up a room and make everyone feel welcome. Her laughter was infectious, and her kindness knew no bounds. She lived her life with an open heart, always ready to give of herself to those in need.
As we say goodbye to Ann (Toby), we celebrate the extraordinary life she led and the countless ways she enriched our lives. Her memory will live on in the hearts of her beloved husband, son, grandchildren, siblings, extended family, and friends. Ann (Toby) spirit will continue to inspire us, reminding us to approach life with love, laughter, and generosity.
Celebration of her life will be held Wednesday July 2, 2025 at 7 pm at Rivertown Funeral Chapel with Kathy Bersano presiding.
