Ann M. Turley, 90, of Searcy, passed away on Sunday, July 27, 2025 in Searcy, Arkansas. She was born in Batesville, Arkansas on April 6, 1935 to Thomas E. and Neoma (Adams) Herndon. She was a member of Temple Baptist Church of Searcy for many years where she was a beloved Sunday School teacher. Ann worked at First Security Bank for many years. She loved plants and flowers of all kinds. She would sit and watch the birds flying around the feeders for hours. Bowling was her favorite pass time, and she enjoyed her bowling league. She and a group of her lady friends were always up for a good card game and challenge. She lived a full life filled with friends and family and was blessed to have shared it with her dearest friend, Peggy Stiles. She loved her family immensely. Ann is survived by her 2 sons, Gary Lively and wife, Judy of Searcy, and Richard Steve Lively of Velvet Ridge; her grandchildren, Bridget Linn (Michael) of Judsonia, Miles Lively of Searcy, Misty Been of Beebe, Steven Lively of Velvet Ridge and Stephanie Sellers (Shane) of Judsonia; a nephew, Keith Wyatt of Springfield, Missouri. She also leaves behind 6 great grandchildren and 8 great-great grandchildren. Those who preceded her in death were her parents; sister, Edna Wyatt; a great-great granddaughter, Blakely Linn; niece, Terry Wyatt; daughter-in-law, Evelyn Lively. Services will be conducted on Wednesday, July 30, 2025. Visitation will be held at Powell Funeral Home of Searcy from 9:30am-10:30am. A Graveside Service will be held at Searcy Faith Cemetery on highway 16 beginning at 11:00am. Arrangements entrusted to Powell Funeral Home of Searcy.
