Cumberland - Anthony "Tony" Alviti, passed away peacefully on Monday, July 7th, 2025, just shy of his 94th birthday. He was the beloved husband of the late Loretta M. (Bouley) Alviti. Born in Providence, he was the son of the late Silvio and Domenica "Margaret" (D'Ermo) Alviti. Tony had resided in Cranston before moving to Cumberland in 1961.

Tony was an active member of the community, participating in the American Legion Post No. 14 in Cumberland, the Manville Rod and Gun Club, and the Angle Tree Rod and Gun Club in North Attleboro. An avid outdoorsman, he found joy in fishing, hunting, archery, and both pistol and rifle shooting. Alviti and the brother of the late Ernest Alviti, Alice Gambardelli, Anna Saccoccio, Angelina Marrapese and Rose Mottola.
