Anthony Roland Thomas was born on December 27, 1971, in Elizabeth, NJ, to Truedell Thomas-Harris and Joseph Williams. He departed this life on June 29, 2025. Anthony attended the Elizabeth Public Schools. Anthony was well loved by his family and was a quiet young man. His favorite sports teams were the San Antonio Spurs and L.A. Raiders. His main hobby was playing basketball, and his favorite musical artist was Jay Z. You better not bad mouth Jay Z around him. He worked at Ron’s Pacifico Mechanic Shop and World Wide Shipping Co. Anthony’s greatest joy was his princess, daughter Anayjah Rashay Thomas and getting to see his only grandchild, Laniyah. He was preceded in death by his father, Joe Williams Sr.; stepfather, Joseph Harris; Grandparents, Andrew & Truedell Thomas, Roland & Edna Williams; brothers-Officer Leon Thomas, Joseph “Fu” Williams Jr., and Eric Williams. He leaves to cherish his fond memories, his Mother, Truedell Thomas-Harris; daughter, Anayjah Thomas; granddaughter, Laniyah Thomas-Baker; Stepmother-Altamese “Momma B.” Williams, sisters-Tawana Thomas, Nicole Williams, Cynthia Simon, Patrice Harris; brothers-Darrin Thomas, Corey L. (Veronica) Williams, Andre “Ondi” (Yakisha) Williams, Darrin Williams, Reginald (Corrina) Harris; Godsisters-Rev. Deborah Blow and Keisha Manley; Godbrothers-Jamill Watkins and Semaj Blow, a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, relatives, and friends
