Anthony Eugene Wilson was born on March 11, 1945 to Wesley Wilson, Sr. and Lacyphine Peoples Wilson in Van, Arkansas. He departed this life on July 11, 2025 in the comfort of his home, surrounded by family.
At an early age, Anthony attended Hill Chapel A.M.E. Church in Van, Arkansas. He rededicated his life back to the Lord last year.
Anthony graduated from Immanuel High School in Almyra, Arkansas. He worked at Whitmore Fertilizer Company in DeWitt, Arkansas. After relocating to Muskegon, Michigan, he was employed at M & S Tooling in Grand Haven, Michigan until he retired.
Anthony was preceded in death by his parents, his sister Bettie Wilson Hickman, and his brothers Wesley Wilson, Jr., Mackie Wilson, and Gary Wilson.
Anthony is survived by the mother of his children and caregiver Hazel Wyatt of DeWitt, AR; three children Tremell (Lonnie) Lowery of Stuttgart, AR, Anthony Carvell Wilson of Jacksonville, AR, and LaTonia Wilson of Jacksonville, AR; and two sisters Janice Wilson Norwood of Little Rock, AR and Jacqueline Wilson Parrish of Maumelle, AR.
Anthony also leaves behind six beloved grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
His warm spirit, joyful presence, and infectious laughter touched many lives and will be deeply missed.
