Tay is survived by her husband Isaac Rucci (blissfully married for 21 years), parents Milton Finley and Rosalind Salters, and many siblings, aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, friends and her work colleagues at Lunds & Byerlys. She was preceded in death by her dear mother and father in-laws, Janel Russell (2017) and Joe Rucci (2019).
A public memorial service for Tay will be held at Roseville Memorial Chapel on Thursday, August 28, 2025 at 1pm with an hour visitation prior. She is to be interred following the memorial service at Roselawn Cemetery, Roseville, MN.
