Audrey Davidson Bray Obituary

Audrey Jean Davidson Bray passed away Tuesday, July 15th, 2025 at the AdventHealth of Manchester surrounded by her children and grandchildren.
Jean was born on Thursday, August 20, 1953, to the union of George Dewey Davidson and Mary Lawson Davidson.
Jean was a homemaker, she loved to garden and work in her flowers, and she loved to listen to her music and dance until her little legs could dance no more.
Jean leaves to mourn her passing her children: Angela Adams, Charlene Bowling and husband Edgar, Charles Dwayne Bray, and David Bray and wife Jennifer.
She also leaves the following grandchildren: Audrianna Collins and Gary, Joshua Roberts, Alicia Roberts, Josh Riley and Tiffany, Aaron Collins, Dalton Swafford, Mason Bray, Travis Barrett, Ryan Bray, and Khyrien Bray and Cody.
She also leaves 9 great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.
She is also survived by her boyfriend, Bill Yadao; her caregiver who became like a grandchild to her, Shania Begley; and someone who was very dear to her, Glenn Gregory; and by the following brother and sisters: Dorothy Skwait and Jim, Catherine Ruth and Stevie, Pauline Davidson, Jewel Marcum, and Virgil Davidson.
Jean was preceded in death death by her parents; the father of her children, Charlie "Chalk" Bray; her fiance whom helped her raise her children, Ralph Reynolds; and these brothers and sisters: Dennis Davidson, Marion Davidson, Gracie West, Gladys Smith and Carl Lester Davidson, and Wesley Davis.
Services will be held at 2:00 PM on Tuesday, July 22nd at Britton Funeral Home, with George Davidson and Allen Roberts officiating. Burial will follow at the Polly Marcum Cemetery in Big Creek.
Visitation will be held 6:00 PM on Monday, July 21st at Britton Funeral Home.
