Baby Cook, our angel baby - although you lived for a short time, the memories are worth a lifetime.

Kylre Hall,
Nahtalya & Cody Smith,

Baby Cook is preceded in death by the following Great Grandparents, Gilbert Brough, Ivan & Elaine Hall, Rex Wilkins, along with Uncle Cody Cook.
