In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one brother, William Kenneth Lunsford, Jr.
Barbara is survived by three siblings, Linda Marie Bonnell of Berea, KY, Larry Kenneth Lunsford of Tyner, KY, and David Lunsford of Logan WV.
At the request of Barbara and her family, cremation will take place, and no services will be scheduled.
