Mrs. Slay is survived by her husband, HC Slay of Bonifay; two daughters, Lea Bryant and husband David and Myra Slay both of Bonifay, FL: five grandchildren, Derek Hall and wife Rhonda, Tanner Bryant, Seth Bryant and wife Autumn, Abby Bryant, and Ben Slay; two great-grandchildren, Asher Slay Bryant and Jaxson Hall; three sisters, Betty King, Linda Powell, and Teresa King; numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A celebration of life service will be held at 4:00 PM Sunday, June 8, 2025, in the Peel Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends from 3:30 until service time at Peel Funeral Home. Memorialization will be by cremation with Peel Funeral Home and Bonifay Crematory in charge of arrangements.
