At age 11 the family moved to Connecticut where Tine was educated in the New Haven school system. She gave her life to Christ at an early age at Little Rock Baptist Church and was a member of Community of Hope AME Church until her illness.
She is survived by her loving and devoted children Michael Lee Williams Sr (Erika) and Errica S.Williams, both of Clinton, Maryland; her dear brother Donnie Williams of Richmond, VA; her grandchildren Donniell Williams Jr of Richmond VA, and Michael Williams Jr of Clinton,MD,great-granddaughter Jaliah Williams of Richmond, VA; her bonus son Curtis Plater of Clinton,,MD and a host of nieces, nephews and friends who will forever love and cherish her memory.
