Billie Lois Hastings Trinkler, 82, of Trinidad, TX passed away on July 17, 2025. Billie was born on December 6, 1942, to W.E. and Mattie Lee Hastings in Crandall, TX.
As a child she spent time living in Riley and Kleberg, in southeast Dallas County. Billie was married to Sonny Trinkler for 25 years before he passed away in 1991. She was someone who kept to herself and enjoyed listening to Kenny Rogers. She was a devoted mother and Mamaw and loved spending time with and caring for her son and granddaughter.
Her parents, W.E. and Mattie, husband Sonny, son Steven Trinkler, siblings: Clarence Daniels, Hazel Pierson, Perry Daniels, Jr., Dorothy Wade, Jimmy Ray Daniels, Shirlie Sanders, Ollie Hastings and Betty Sue Allen preceded her death.
Those left to cherish her memory are granddaughter Ginger Trinkler, great grandson Maddex Gosselin, sisters: Carolyn Southgate and husband George and Pauline (Nell) Shock; numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends who will miss her dearly.
