Billy Dowler, II Obituary
Billy Joe Dowler II, 44, of Parkersburg, passed away July 2, 2025 at his residence. He was born October 1, 1980 in Parkersburg to Billy J. and Terry McClung Dowler.
He is a graduate of Parkersburg South High School. He enjoyed taking walks, being outdoors, and watching wrestling on television.
In addition to his parents, he leaves behind two daughters, Kylea and Santana Dowler, both of North Carolina, and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
There will be no services at this time.
Lambert Tatman Funeral Homes and Crematory has been entrusted with Billy’s services and are honored to serve his family.
