Billy Parker Obituary

Billy Ray Parker, age 71, of Madison, TN, passed away on August 2, 2025. A devoted husband, father, grandfather, and friend, Billy was a longtime and dedicated employee of Skyline Medical Center, where his hard work and kind spirit left a lasting impression on all who knew him. He was also a passionate collector of model cars, a hobby he enjoyed and shared with many. He is preceded in death by his parents, Billy and Lillian Parker; brother, James Parker; sister, Brenda Crowder; aunt, Jackie Hart; and niece, Kristina Peister. Billy is survived by his beloved wife of 50 years, Patsy Parker; daughter, Judy (Robert) McDowell; cherished grandson, Robert McDowell; sisters, Karen McKnight, Linda Parker, and Glenda Parker; along with numerous nieces, nephews, friends, and his extended family of co-workers at Skyline Medical Center. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 5, 2025, from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., and on Wednesday, August 6, 2025, from 12:00 p.m. until the time of service at 2:00 p.m. at Phillips-Robinson Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens.
