Billy Joe Rogers, son of William Bob and Gertie Williams Rogers, was born November 17, 1961, in Lebanon, Missouri and left the troubles of this world behind on January 26, 2025, at the age of sixty-three years.
On July 28, 1995, Billy was united in marriage with Belinda Pace. Together Billy and Belinda shared twenty-nine years of love, laughter and memories. They thoroughly enjoyed spending time together.
Billy worked hard to provide for his family. He worked for Tracker for forty-three years, where he was most recently a crew boss, until his retirement. His work family became his second family. The relationship he shared with them was one of respect and friendship.
When he wasn't working, which was rare, even after retirement, he enjoyed a variety of hobbies. He was a natural animal lover, although he claimed he wasn't a cat person, he loved them too. He also enjoyed hunting, fishing and playing cards with friends. However, nothing compared to the time spent with his family. He cherished every moment shred with them.
Billy is survived by his wife, Belinda; four children, Keith Rogers of Lebanon, MO and Danny Rogers of Springfield, MO, Erin Gress and her husband Todd and Rachel Brown and her husband NB "Buddy", all of Lebanon, MO; three brothers, Bobby Rogers and his wife Kathy, Ronnie Rogers and Tim Rogers and his wife Teresa, all of Lebanon, MO; twelve grandchildren, Mackenzie and her husband Cody, Marissa, Nolan, Cameron, Dawson, Gracie, Cory, Jayden, Skylar, Zach, LaChrisha and Chase; one great-grandson, Larkin; several nieces and nephews; other relatives and countless friends.
Those preceding him in death include his parents; one son, Darrell Rogers; and two brothers, Wesley and Larry Rogers.
Billy meant so much to so many people. He was a devoted husband and father. He was also a fun-loving grandfather, cherished brother and loyal friend. Those who knew him will carry his memory with them until we meet again.
Memorials have been suggested to Crossroads Cemetery or Claws & Paws Animal Adoption Center.
Contributions may be left at or sent to Shadel's Colonial Chapel, P.O. Box 948, 1001 Lynn Street, Lebanon, MO 65536.
