Bing Crosby, age 86, passed away peacefully at his home on July 14, 2025. Bing was born on July 27, 1938 in Shreveport, Louisiana, to Arizona Lillian (Lipsey) Crosby and George Houston Crosby.

Bing grew up in Louisiana, graduating from Pioneer High School before serving as a reservist in the United States Air force. On July 10, 1963, Bing Crosby married the love of his life, Mary Jo (Stegall) Crosby, beginning a devoted partnership that spanned more than five decades. Bing enjoyed a long and successful career as a parts manager for Randall Ford in Fort Smith, where he was known for his strong work ethic and dependable nature. After many years of dedicated service, he retired and spent his well-earned free time pursuing his favorite hobbies.

He had a lifelong love for working on cars, watching baseball, and going fishing-simple pleasures that brought him great joy. Bing also had a passion for technology. Whether he was tinkering with computers or enjoying video games, he was always eager to learn and explore the digital world. A man of faith, Bing was a member of the Methodist church. He also proudly identified as a member of the Republican Party. Above all, he was a loving and devoted husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather. Bing will be remembered as an easy going, faithful, and kind-hearted man-someone his family and friends could always count on.

Bing is survived by his three children, Maidy (Crosby) Billingsley, Michael Crosby, Patrick Crosby; six grandchildren, Brittany Loudon, Garrett Crosby, Rafe Williams, Seth Williams, Titus Williams, Gracie Holmes; three great-grandchildren, Forest Louden, Jack Williams, Paul Williams, as well as Robert Butler, Sherry Hillman, Doug Nieman, and Carl Nieman.

Bing is preceded in passing by his loving wife, Mary Jo (Stegall) Crosby; his parents, Arizona Lillian (Lipsey) Crosby and George Houston Crosby; his six siblings, Albert Dewey Crosby, George Clifton Crosby, Fanny Belle (Hudson) Nieman, Myrtle Mae (Crosby) Yates, Mary Ann (Crosby) Butler, Roy Watson Hudson.

There will be a visitation on Friday, July 18, 2025, from 12:00p.m. to 1:00p.m. at Lewis Funeral Chapel. A Funeral Service led by Sylvia Bell will follow the visitation at 1:00p.m. Honorary Pallbearers are, Patrick Crosby, Garrett Crosby, Jay Billingsley, Seth Williams, Rafe Williams, and Titus Williams.
