Bobby Madrid Obituary

Surrounded by his family, Bobby was called home to our lord on July 10, 2025 at the young age of 46 years old, born on August 18, 1978.
Bobby played brilliantly for Sangre Joven, The Jon Maes Band, Kenny Medina and the Triple X Band. A life long resident of Las Vegas NM. You could find Bobby playing on stage at every event in northern New Mexico, from church fiestas to benefit concerts for his surrounding communities. Bobby recorded with many talented artists over the years which eventually led to releasing his own music.While playing with Darren Cordova, Bobby received the New Mexico Hispanic Entertainers Associates Duet of the year award in 2019 along with many other awards to follow.
Bobby is preceded in death by his paternal grandparents Frances Madrid, Max Madrid, and Saturnina Madrid. Maternal grandparents Nora Urioste and Josè Urioste, uncle Richard Madrid, and cousin Andrew Urioste.
Bobby is survived by his father: Robert Joseph Madrid mother: Diana Hutchins step father: Daniel Hutchins, children: Jocelynn Madrid, Nathan Madrid, sister: Deborah Madrid (Eddie Gallegos) brother: Dustin Hustchins, Godson James Encinias Jr, Nephew: Thiago Gallegos, special aunt: Lorraine Urioste.Godparents: Clara Urioste (Mike) and Edward Madrid ( Sandy). Numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and many friends.
Rosary services will be recited on July 24, 2025 at 7 pm. Funeral services will be conducted on July 25, 2025 at 9 am, both services will be held at Our Lady Of Sorrow church in Las Vegas with NM with Father Rob Yaksich as celebrant. Interment will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery with the following serving as pallbearers: Kenny Medina, Estevan Ortega, James Encinias Jr., Eddie Gallegos, Jeremy Estrada, and Jen Martinez. Serving as honorary pallbearers: Thiago Gallegos, Lori Padilla, Nathan Madrid, Jocelyn Madrid, Leroy Lopez, Albert Herrera Sr, Albert Herrera Jr, Amy Herrera, Sarah Flores, Amanda Ortiz, Delia Roybal and all of his NM Music family.
