Brian Richard Abrams of Fairview, Texas, passed away on August 4, 2025, at the age of 42. He was born on January 14, 1983, in Houston, Texas, to Richard Lewis and Carla Raye (Ottinger) Abrams.
Brian grew up in the Katy area and attended Mayde Creek High School. He later earned his degree from Texas A&M University, where he was a proud member of the Sigma Phi Epsilon fraternity. Following his academic career, Brian served his country in the United States Marine Corps. He enjoyed hiking, traveling, hunting, and bike riding.
Brian is survived by his mother, Carla Abrams of Fairview, Texas; daughter, Beaux Elizabeth Abrams of Gulf Shores, Alabama; sister, Amanda Puckett and husband, Scott of Lucas, Texas; nephews, Barrett and Bennett Puckett; aunt, Glenda Bise of Fairview, Texas; aunt, Gail Morris of Allen, Texas; and former wife, Sarah Abrams.
He was preceded in death by his father, Richard Lewis Abrams.
A funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, August 9, 2025 at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home, 2525 Central Expressway North, Allen, Texas 75013. Interment will be held at Ridgeview Memorial Park following the service.
The family will receive guests for a visitation from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Friday evening at the funeral home.
