She was born January 23, 1998, daughter of William Russell and Cindy Collins.
Brittany is preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Knocky and Margie Russell; and uncles, Buck Barlett and Roger Cook.
Left to cherish Brittany's memories are her daughter and heart, Xale Collins; parents, William Russell and Cindy Collins; brothers, Gavin Russell, Nathan Russell, Little Barry Shepard, and Steven Tagg, Jr.; sister, Michelle Tagg; grandparents, Ronnie Collins and Lynn Tarlton; and many extended family and friends that loved her dearly.
The family held a private ceremony to celebrate Brittany's life.
