William T. "Bumper" Moylan, passed on October 11, 2025 in New Port Richey, Florida. He was born July 5, 1951 in Carbondale, Pennsylvania. He is survived by his loving wife, Lynda, and his beloved puppies. Brother Thomas (Maryanne), Son William, daughter Holly, nephew Michael and niece Melissa (Bart). Bumper will be greatly missed by family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, kindly make a donation to your favorite pet rescue or pet shelter in Bumper's name.
Everyone is invited for a catered Celebration of Life immediately after Bumper's service at Elks Lodge 2284, 7201 Congress St, New Port Richey, FL 34653.
