Carla Hennett Obituary
Carla West Hennett, 67, of Spartanburg, SC passed away on August 18, 2025. She was born on January 18, 1958 to the late Carlton West and Lois Brown West Soper.
A graduate of Spartanburg High School Class of 1976, Carla went on to work for over 20 years with Fresh Market. She was a loving, generous woman with an incredible sense of humor. She found her joy in the simple things: old TV shows, spending time with friends, and the love of her family.
Carla is survived by her daughter, Katherine Moore Brewer (Joseph); grandchildren, Annalee Hope Brewer and Charlotte Grey Brewer; brothers, David Soper, Donald Soper, Kenneth Soper, Jimmy Walker, and George Glover; sisters, Candie Soper, Beverly Joyce Matthews, and Brenda Johnson; 27 nieces and nephews; and dear friend, Gloria B. Walton.
Visitation will be 2:00-4:00 PM on Saturday, August 30, 2025 at J. M. Dunbar Funeral Home, 690 Southport Road, Roebuck, SC 29376.
