Carlena Faye Jackson, age 54 of Atlanta, Georgia departed this life on Tuesday, July 15, 2025 in Georgia. She was the daughter of Clifford and Sue Jackson born to them on March 30, 1971.

She is preceded in death by her son, Gregory Michael Jackson a sister, Robin Wynn, nieces, Mikenna Wynn and Kayla Jackson and her grandparents, Elige and Tressie Warren and Lilburn and Ruby Jackson.

Left behind to mourn her passing, her parents, Clifford and Sue Jackson, of Pendleton, Kentucky, a daughter Jamie Alexus Chism and fiance’ Lance of Atlanta, Georgia, sons, Justin Jackson of Atlanta, Georgia, and Brandon Jackson and fiance’ Lexi of Carrollton, Georgia, grandchildren, Justice, Justlyn, Jewell, Coryion and Camelo, sister, Renee’ Jackson of Pendleton, Kentucky, brother, Michael Gregory of Corbin, Kentucky, nieces, Jessica Hayes and Carli Wynn, nephews Cody Gregory and Ethan Gregory. She also leaves behind a host of aunts, cousins and friends.

Funeral services will be conducted on Saturday, July 19, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. in the Hampton-Hutton Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Vernon Morris and Rev. Herby Hoskins officiating. She will be laid to rest in the Warren Cemetery at Hinkle. Hampton-Hutton Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. 

Friends will be received at the funeral home on Saturday from 11:00 a.m. until the hour of service at 2:00 p.m.
