Loye, Carol A. (Kehoe) age 67 born June 21 1957 in Graceville, MN. Passed away May 23, 2025 peacefully in her husband Nick's arms and in her own home in Minneapolis, MN. Carol fought years as a warrior from many health issues stemming from leukemia(CML) and post Bone marrow transplant in 1999. Carol was a Licensed Practical Nurse at Abbott Northwestern Hospital Neuro surgical floor 1976-1999. Carol was a caring, witty, and kind woman that had a laugh and sense of humor that captured her personality. She enjoyed sports, especially the "Vikes" and many texts with her brothers during the game. She loved crafting and making beautiful cards. Carol had a strong faith and quoted many times "it is up to the Lord". She would also say "there is someone else worse off than me" She had a Heart of Gold and was our strength. She will be dearly missed. She left our hearts filled with love. She is our "Hero" She is survived by her Loving husband Nick, three sons she so dearly loved, Joe (Daniel), Bill (Jordan), and Mike. Carol was blessed with a new granddaughter Olivia Marie on May 19th and wrapped her arms around her little Angel, who filled her heart with joy. She was also survived by her two brothers Ken (Kathy "Boog") Bemidji, MN and Don (Gail) Duluth, MN. Carol was survived by many more Sister and Brother in Laws as well as many nephews and nieces, cousins and friends. Carol was preceded in death by her parents Thomas Erwin and Norma L Kehoe Graceville, MN. Her two sister in laws Monica Loye (Jim) and Barb Lynch (James).Celebration of Life will be held at Washburn-McReavy Werness Brothers Bloomington Chapel. 2300 W. Old Shakopee Rd. Bloomington Mn 55431, (952-884-8145) on July 25th Friday Visitation 9:30 am Followed by prayer service at 10:30 am. She will be cremated and laid to rest at Fort Snelling National Cemetery following the service. Service available via webcast under the photos and video tab on her tribute page here.
