Carol Elaine Ruise was born on September 29, 1963, in Bath, New York, to Lilliar Farmer and Elisha Farmer Sr.
She attended Baker County High School, where she met the love of her life and forever sweetheart, Felix Ruise. Carol worked in the hospitality industry, where her caring nature and work ethic shined.
Carol found joy in reading her Bible, praying, and hosting large family gatherings-fondly known as time at the "Big Momma House." She was the second oldest of six siblings, with two additional half-siblings. She loved her siblings deeply, and whenever something happened, her go-to words were always: "Call my brothers and sisters."
Carol was the proud mother of five daughters, grandmother to 14 grandchildren, and great-grandmother to one beloved great-grandson.
She was loved by everyone she met. Carol was the rock and protector of her family-a true nurturer with a heart full of strength and love. She will be forever loved and missed dearly by many.
