Carolyn A. Whitehead, 86, of Richmond, formerly of Charles City, VA, entered eternal rest on Friday, March 14, 2025. She was a retiree from the US Defense Supply Center in Richmond, VA. A funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Saturday, March 22, 2025, at St. John Baptist Church, Charles City, VA. A viewing will take place one hour prior to services. Our heartfelt condolences to the family and loved ones of Miss Carolyn. We were next door neighbors for only a short time. But, in a very quiet way, she looked out for us and we looked out for her. We knew that she was making plans to return to her earthly home. That was not to be. However, she is at home -her eternal home. No more worries, no more sickness-just perfect peace. Rest in Christ, Miss Carolyn.
