Chadwick Fletcher Obituary

Published by Legacy on Jul. 9, 2025.
Chadwick Clent Fletcher, a cherished husband, father, grandfather, son, brother, and man of unwavering faith, passed away peacefully, surrounded by his family, on July 7, 2025, in Fulshear, Texas, after a courageous battle with glioblastoma. He was 59.
Born in Kingsport, Tennessee, on April 20, 1966, Chad lived a life rich with purpose, conviction, and love. He was the kind of man you encounter only once in a lifetime deeply passionate, fiercely driven, and unshakably loyal. A remarkable leader, Chad's career took him across the globe where he led organizations with vision, integrity, and a heartfelt commitment to people. He was known not just for what he designed, but for how he built it with empathy, tenacity, and an unrelenting belief in the potential of others.
At the core of Chad's life was his faith. It guided every decision he made and every relationship he cultivated. He was a devoted disciple and a servant-hearted man whose daily walk reflected the strength of his convictions. Even in the face of illness, his faith never slightly wavered he remained a steadfast, radiant example of grace, humility, and trust in God's plan. He was a proud member of Grace Fellowship Church, where he found community, purpose, and spiritual strength.
Chad is survived by his high-school sweetheart, the love of his life, Jill Fletcher, and their children: Blake, Lauren, and Lexi. He also leaves behind Blake's wife, Jocelyn, and their daughter Nouri; Lauren's husband, Trevor, and their children Waylon, Addie, and Austin; and Lexi's husband, Nathan, and their daughter Tatum and their son that will be here in October. He is also lovingly remembered by his parents, Linda and Spencer Fletcher, and his brothers, Terry and Andy. Chad was preceded in death by his sister Shelly, whose memory remained close to his heart throughout his life.
His family was his most prized possession and greatest accomplishment, and his legacy will live on in them through their strength, in their compassion, and in the way they love others as he did.
Chad finished his race with honor, surrounded by love, rooted in faith, and unwavering in spirit.
As it is written in 2 Timothy 4:7: "I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith."
A celebration of Chad's life will be held at The Brookwood Chapel, 1752 Farm to Market 1489, Brookshire, TX 77423 on Wednesday, July 16th at 10:00 AM, followed by a reception. In lieu of flowers, the family welcomes donations in his honor to glioblastoma research at MD Anderson Cancer Center. Donation link: gifts.mdanderson.org
To know Chad was to be changed by him. Though he may no longer walk among us, the impact of his presence endures in the people he loved, the values he instilled, and in the light he left behind in everything he touched.
