Survived by: Wife, Tammy Watson Carter-Bethpage, TN; 2 Brothers, Bill (Brenda) Carter-Lafayette, TN and Cecil Carter-Hartsville, TN; 4 Sisters, Teresa Davis-Hartsville, TN, Katie (Ronnie) Scruggs-Lafayette, TN, Debbie (Steve) Woodard-Hartsville, TN and Brenda Jones-Hartsville, TN and Numerous Nieces and Nephews.
Funeral services will be held in the chapel of Anthony Funeral Home at 2 PM Tuesday, July 22, 2025 conducted by Bro. Chris Crowder. Interment will be in the Willow Grove Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be from 2 to 8 PM Monday and 9 AM until service time Tuesday.
