Charles Leigh Hibbard, Jr., 79, of Hyattsville, MD, husband of Patricia M. Hibbard, gained his wings on May 17, 2025. Charlie was born on March 5, 1946 in Washington, DC. He is survived by his children, Charles Leigh Hibbard, III (Cherie), Katrina A. Benz (Jeff), Steven Evans (Victoria); grandchildren Christopher, Stephanie, Charles, Robert, Benjamin, Jacob; 7 great-grandchildren and his brother Donald Hibbard. His brother Ronald preceded him in death. Charlie was a long time member of the Master Plumbers Association and President in 1994. He was loved by many since his favorite hobby was talking to everyone he met on all subjects. He never met anyone he couldn’t talk to.
A memorial service for Charlie will be held on Friday, May 23rd, 2025, from 2 to 5pm at Gasch's Funeral Home.
