CHUCK INGRAM
Charles "Chuck" Durwood Ingram, 65, of Interlachen went to be with the Lord Thursday, April 10, 2025 surrounded by his loving family at Haven Hospice Roberts Care Center in Palatka.
Chuck was born in Panama City and coming from Jacksonville, he had been a resident of Putnam County for the past 51 years, first living in Palatka and later in Interlachen. He was a 1978 graduate of the Palatka High School. He was formerly employed as an officer with the Palatka Police Department. He had owned and operated Chuck's Bail Bonds in Palatka for over 20 years. Prior to declining health he had enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping, gardening, and raising livestock. He loved the people in the community and tried to help everybody. He had attended the Hollister Church of God.
Preceding him in death were his parents, Pastor John and Marjorie Ingram; a brother, Walter Donald "Don" Ingram; and a sister, Patricia "Patsy" Ingram Kile.
Surviving are his wife of 36 years, Dale Ingram; a daughter and son-in-law, Tayra and Kris Newton; a brother and sister-in-law, John Dudley and Kathy Ingram; a sister and brother-in-law, Marie and Dean Carlberg; three grandchildren, Cloe Parker, Kaylee Parker, and Jaylee Newton; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Calling hours will be from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Monday, April 14th at Masters Funeral Home of Palatka. Graveside services will be 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, April 16th at the Greenwood Cemetery in Cairo, Georgia with Pastor Gordon Cloud officiating.
Memorial gifts may be sent to Haven Hospice Roberts Care Center, 6400 St. Johns Ave., Palatka, FL 32177. Friends may sign the online register at: themastersfuneralhome.com.
