Charles Mansfield Obituary

I am so sorry to hear of Charles passing. I was looking forward to seeing him at Lake Kandle this summer. The Sisters of the Redeemer of Meadowbrook, PA remember him in prayer and a memorial Mass. Charles was a dear friend and I´ll miss him. I´m so sorry for your loss!

Hello, my name is Bill Schoenbeck and I knew Charles from the three in person grief groups I attended with him as well as from our online grief support group through Mission Hospice. He was a gregarious and friendly guy who always had a kind word or something funny to say. The group moderator told us today of his passing and every one in attendance was saddened by the news. May he rest in peace with his beloved Denice.

I'm so sorry to read this. After years working together we still spoke frequently. I will miss you my friend.

Worked with Charlie many years from ARCO to Sunoco. A lifetime in the refinery family. Good heart and easy going attitude always a pleasure to be around. Rest in peace my friend.

Megan so sorry to hear of your father's passing. We spent many a midnight shift together at the oil works. Conversation always turned to family and he was so proud of you. He will be remembered. God bless you and your family.

Charlie was a friend to everyone he met. He was a Vietnam Vet and never spoke of his time there. As a boss he was among the best treating the hourly people working with him with respect and friendliness. He was my friend for over fifty years and he will be missed.

Your dad was a rare breed in the Refinery -- intelligence, integrity and kind heartedness. 210 Unit valued him as a foreman.
He is with your mother now, and he is happy about that.

I am so shocked and sorry to hear this news. Charlie and I worked together and he always treated me with such wonderful kindness. He remembered my birthday every year and kept in touch through the years. What a blessing he was.
