Charles David Smith, 68, of Talking Rock, GA, passed away peacefully, leaving behind a legacy of love, family, and cherished memories. Born to Charlie Smith and Tina Joan Breeden on August 10, 1956, in Canton, GA, Charles grew up with a strong sense of devotion to those around him.
He is survived by his loving children, Tina (David Hamby) Coggins, David Eric (Deanna) Smith, Justin Kidd, and Katie Lace Smith. His grandchildren, Tristan and Aubrey Smith, Kalob, Zachary, Kaitlyn, Macie, Rylee, Denver, Riley, and Kaizlie, along with his three great-grandchildren, brought immense joy to his life. He also leaves behind his brother, Robbie (Kay) Burns, who shared many precious moments with him.
Charles was preceded in death by his beloved wife Sandra Gail Prather, parents and siblings, Ronnie Burns and Connie Payne. His warmth, kindness, and unwavering support for his family and friends will be deeply missed.
A celebration of Charles' life will be conducted at a later date, where family and friends will gather to honor and remember the impact he had on their lives.
May he rest in peace, surrounded by the love of those who cherish his memory.
