Cherie Bickle, age 81, passed away at St. Mary's Hospital in Madison on Friday, July 18th. She was born on June 27, 1944, in Ferryville, WI, the daughter of Guy and Elaine Dudley. She attended Edgerton High School and graduated in 1963.

On June 6, 1964, she married her high school sweetheart, Don Bickle, Jr. Cherie truly enjoyed caring for people and was a Certified Nursing Assistant at a number of senior living facilities until retiring from Milton Senior Living. Cherie was a member of Central Lutheran Church in Edgerton and had a very deep faith. She enjoyed meeting new people, time on the porch with Don and her dog, Muttley, and had a special fondness for Wheel of Fortune. Her greatest joy was spending time with her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.

Cherie is survived by her husband Don; daughters Debbie (Dennis) Snell, Leslie (Joel) Schleusner, and son Steve (Erika) Bickle; grandchildren Lisa (Andy) Wuksinich, Stephanie (Brandon) Ott, Jarrod (Cady) Schleusner, Jacob Schleusner (Visith Kour), Tyler (Sophie) Bickle, Jordyn Bickle, Tanner Bickle, and Jayce Bickle; great grandchildren Aidan, Stephanie, Elizabeth, Annabella, Miles, Mylah, and Weston; and sister Nancy (Butch) Marshall. She was preceded in death by her parents and her siblings Sandra McGuire and Joel Dudley.

Funeral Services will be 11:30 Friday July 25, 2025, at the Albrecht Funeral Homes and Cremation Services, Edgerton. Visitation will be from 9:30 am until time of services at the funeral home.

A private burial will take place directly after services. The Albrecht Funeral Homes & Cremation Services, Edgerton is assisting the family. Thanks to the physicians and staff at SSM St. Mary's Hospital for their exceptional care and compassion at a difficult time.
