Bonnie Nicola
September 4, 2025
This is Bonnie Nicola. I worked with Cheryl in Omaha for a long time. We became very good friends and I miss her very much she was like the older sister I never had. I found out that she had passed away by googling her name since I had sent her a text message and got no answer. This is exactly what I was afraid I was going to find out that she had passed away. She was a wonderful person very creative and excellent quilt maker. I just loved working with her, we had a good time. Kelly please tell Johnny how sorry I am. Kelly call me when you can.

Cheryl and I were in Cushing (Oklahoma) High School together, but we lost touch like high school friends do when some of us scatter. So my most recent memories of her are from our high school reunions and now I´m so thankful for them. Getting rides with her from one event to another, being reminded of how vivacious she was. I want her family to know there are Cheryl´s classmates like me out here thinking of you. My sincere condolences. Sandra Lantz

I went to high school with Cheryl. We were good friends, and I loved her dearly. She was in my wedding . I have nothing but wonderful memories of her. What a wonderful large family she has. My condolences go out to them. She was a pretty terrific person , through and through.
